Production Engineer — Extrusion

Own line output, compound changeovers and dimensional control across the PVC and XLPO extrusion lines.

What you will own

Run daily production planning for the extrusion lines
Hold wall thickness and eccentricity within drawing tolerance
Drive scrap and changeover-time reduction
Work with QA on non-conformance closure

Quality Assurance Executive

2 – 5 years

Run the in-house test lab and keep batch records audit-ready against IS, IEC and customer specifications.

What you will own

Perform conductor resistance, hipot, IR and ageing tests
Maintain calibration and test records
Prepare test certificates for dispatch
Support customer and certification body audits

Manufacturing

Harness Assembly Supervisor

4 – 8 years

Lead the harness shop floor: crimp quality, form-board discipline and 100% electrical testing before dispatch.

What you will own

Supervise cut, strip, crimp and assembly operations
Monitor crimp height and pull-force against specification
Train operators to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship classes
Own first-article documentation for new builds

Export Sales Executive

Develop OEM and distributor accounts across our cordset and cable export markets.

What you will own

Build the pipeline for cordset and cable export enquiries
Translate customer drawings into internal specifications
Coordinate samples, approvals and first shipments
Maintain account relationships after handover
